This talk is divided into four parts and lasts about an hour ten minutes.
Introduction
A video containing historical facts is shown. It lasts 8 minutes. These facts are well known as they have been spread around the world in 14 books, four movies, countless reports and news reports over the last thirty years. However, the most motivating fact for those present is, sharing it with one of the key participants. Those present are therefore immediately involved.
Chronological statement of events
Anecdotes, experience, fundamental part of the talk where the audience can see and hear from first hand experience the magnitude of the whole experience, team work, making decisions, leadership and where they strengthen their own life projects and work. This is when questions arise which interestingly build the closing of the lecture.
After the Andes
A detailed recount of their return to society, reintegration to their lives, all the nuisance, just the usual development of life.
